Exquisite images, fair pricing, no hidden costs

When you book a full session with me, the only fees you'll pay are those quoted up-front, so you know exactly how much your beautiful images will cost before you sign on the dotted line - you don't need to worry about being "up-sold" after our session.

The quoted fees cover our session cost and delivery of all edited digital images (usually ranging 30-60 images depending on the length and nature of our session).

I will deliver to you all images that meet my quality standards. I don't limit the number of images because I want you to have access to all of the wonderful memories we create together.

FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

This will vary depending on the length and nature of our session, but you can expect to receive between 30 and 60 edited, high-resolution digital images.

This is all included within the pricing for each package, so you don't have to worry about hidden costs.

I will deliver all images that meet my quality standards.

How should we dress for our family session?

The most important thing is that you are all comfortable and warm enough - chilly children don't tend to make for happy children!

You can find more detail on my blog but the basics are:

I recommend all dressing in similar tones (e.g. neutrals, pastels, blues, greens etc) to avoid one person clashing with the rest.

No large logos, no checked shirts, or overly obtrusive patterns as they tend to photograph poorly.

If you have any questions or would like any guidance, I'm very happy to chat through options!

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

I recommend doing a newborn photoshoot around 2-4 weeks after baby is born, as this gives the best chance of getting those snuggly photos where they're sleeping so much of the time!

However, newborn sessions do go up until the baby is 3 months old. After this, you'd need to book a Family session instead.

How do I book a session?

You can send an enquiry through my website (Contact me page) or email me on emilyspoonerphotography@gmail.com

Just let me know what type of session you're looking for, who is in your family, and some dates and times that you are free.

I aim to get back to you within 2-3 days.

When is payment due?

A 50% deposit is due on booking, to confirm your date and time.

The final balance is due following the session.

Please note your online gallery will not be made available until payment has been made in full.

Where would the photoshoot take place?

Pregnancy and newborn sessions would take place at your home, unless you prefer to do them elsewhere. Don't worry if your home isn't immaculate - all I need is some natural light from windows or doors and we'll be able to work magic!

For Family or Mummy & Me sessions, I tend to favour outdoor locations in South-West London like Wandsworth Common, Tooting Common, Clapham Common, Wimbledon etc, but I'm very happy to be flexible and travel*

* additional fees may apply for extended travel, and to the extent photography permits are required in your location choice, the cost of those would be passed on to you.
