I had a lot of fun photographing Ines at her flat in Clapham recently - it was a fairly last minute booking as she was already 35 weeks pregnant when she contacted me, but I managed to squeeze her in, and I'm so pleased I did!

Ines wanted to capture some editorial-style images of her pregnant body, with some lifestyle shots of her drinking tea and reading magazines, and also a few more classic "pregnancy poses" against a white wall to show off her changing body. We made use of the amazing light in her kitchen/living space - huge bi-fold doors and skylights made for great natural light. Ines' bedroom was darker and had limited natural light but the relaxed and cosy images we captured in there feel a little more intimate and personal.

What a beautiful way to record this new chapter in her life - I hope these are images she, and her baby, cherish for years to come.
